Always very clean and beds are very comfortable, plenty of thick fluffy towels and extra pillows They also give a discount for medical travel. Breakfast is included with plenty of food to choose from.
Very clean, super friendly and personable staff. Fridge didn’t seem to stay cold but we really didn’t use it. I was happy that they gave us fresh towels anytime we needed them. Good breakfast, pool, and workout room. Felt safe in parking lot as well.
Stayed here for almost a week in July and it was excellent! Nothing bad to say about it… the beds were super comfortable, room was spacious and clean, actually the whole hotel was clean…. The people at the front desk were super friendly and professional. The breakfast was great, wide selection and all was delicious.. I would definately stay there again, 5 stars
After a rainy night camping, our room felt like heaven. 4 nice pillows on each queen bed. Crisp linens, comfortable mattress. Old (dumb) TV so we couldn’t watch Netflix. Make sure to request a room away from stairwell. Room 110 was directly across and from 8pm-2am every 5 minutes was a loud thunk of the door clunking shut. Breakfast was great with the little waffle maker and real eggs not powdered.
Hotel was really clean and tidy. Staff was friendly location was great for our needs a/c units were a bit noisy but no different then most hotels I've been in. Pool was heated with supplied towels. Breakfast was basic but better then nothing. Will use microtel in the future.

The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The room was very small, so couples beware, but for a solo person like me, it was perfect. I would definitely go back.
We stayed here on a weeknight after a long drive. The reception person was knowledgeable and attentive, explaining upper floor versus lower floor rooms and offering a luggage cart for our use. The rooms are well appointed but on the smaller side, and the lighting is minimal (ie no overhead lighting). Many hotels today do not offer overhead lighting. The bed is comfortable and the room clean. We did not locate any USB ports and the main lamp between the beds tended to reflect, rather than illuminate. It was difficult to locate the electrical outlets located under the lamp. The washroom is clean with a new shower, but counter space is minimal. We chuckled at painters tape left behind on the wall after a recent paint project. The breakfast area is delightful and there is free juice and water available in the lobby. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety and attentive management.
